Useful for Project Managers/Team Leaders who are seeking out employees who can fill an open position, as well as determining what skills an employee needs to learn, or improve upon, to better perform the requirements of their current position.

- The example below creates a report to show the Gap between the Employee/Manager Assessments Compared to Job role Goal(s).
