Overview: This article shows Administrators/Managers how to Invite Employees to register to SkillsDB using our Mail Merge system.
- Click on All People in the main menu
- Click on Notifications
- Click on Mail Merge
- Click on the Invite new people notifications button
- Use the Filter option on any field to create your mail merge list, e.g. Date Added
- Change the Email Subject and Body
- Click on the Send Email to List Below button when finished
A Welcome email is sent to the new user/employee that contains the Unique URL, the username and a temporary password.
On user login:
- The update security information page is displayed, then
- The user can easily define his skills and qualifications in the system.
