Overview: This article + Short video shows you how to Mass Assign Learning Plans to Multiple Employees.
- Click on All People
- Click on Assign People
- Click on People to Learnings
* Here you can see two separate sections where you can:
1. Send Email to Employees after you assign them to learnings.
2. Where you can assign the employees to the Learnings itself.
* There are 2 options to assign employees to Learnings.
- Select by Skill, will show the learnings attached to that skill (you can only add up to 3 learnings) or
- Select by People, which will show all the learnings that can be assigned.
- You can Select the Employees with the skill or are required to have that skill vs their Job role.
- You can also Select the Employees by the Skill Gap of the Employee to their Job Role.
- You can also limit the selected employees by Department.
