Overview: This article guides Managers on how to manually add People into Skills DB Pro.
- Click on All People
- Click on Manage Personnel
- Click on the Add New Person button just above the Search Field
- Manually enter the Employee's information in the pop-up window
- Click on Update to complete the process
- Password- At this point you can send them a temporary password. Click on the Password button for the added person(or you may have been taken there already)
- Click on the Set New Temporary Password button to generate a user password.
- Email Password- Click on the person's email link to send the password using your email system
- Alternatively-You can have the user go to the sign in page and click forgot password.
